[+] Might as well get it out of the way: I'm male. If you don't feel comfortable playing with a boy, then don't play with me. I won't be offended. But I'd rather freak you out now, and not later.
[+] I very rarely play female characters. I did list some PBs I like, but it's just not something I do often.
[+] No "you play the girl this time, I will next time." Uh, no. I don't do that.
[+] I DO NOT PLAY ACTUAL CELEBRITIES. PB ONLY. Why? Because celeb rp is twisted, slightly creepy, and just makes me want to shoot myself in the face. Yeah, that's mean. But it's the way I feel. If you don't like it? Get out.
[+] Please don't be illiterate in logs. In journal posts, it's fine - depending on your character.
[+] I don't RP in first person. That's just not the way I roll.
[+] Smut is okay or not. Either way. I don't really care. I don't really have much of a squick level, and anyway, the darker the better. Also, the slashier the better. I have no problem dealing with abuse, incest, rape, etc, in PSLs, and often prefer that kind of line anyway.
[+] Don't ask me to come into an RP where everyone is like 16. I won't. I'm over 20, and I like to play with people who are at least high school graduates 18. Please god please.
[+] Realism is a fabulous thing, but if you think I'm going to make every single post more than 200 words, you're on some serious crack. I use discretion as to how much is required. In dialogue-heavy RP, sometimes me and my friends have broken down to a sentence at a time. HOWEVER. If I type a 500 word post and you reply with like two sentences? I will be VERY unhappy with you.
[+] I don't play very old characters 80% of the time. Why? Because I just don't do it.
[+] I prefer anime/manga/video games/comic books/books, as a general rule. I like playing characters I don't have to make up myself, or something. I don't know, it's just my thing. THAT SAID, I do PB off and on; make me an offer - I'm actually very open to it.
[+] I'm much nicer than I seem. Really.

I'm sure there's a way to make them otherwise. I don't have a list of what fandoms I like, so if you like anime/manga/videogames/books/comics, then have a look. If not, kindly don't annoy me about what a nerd I am. I'm well aware of that already.
Sexuality obviously not negotiable here; I like what I like, what can I say?

I don't pick names ahead of time, and I don't pick PBs ahead of time either. So that's all negotiable.
I don't have a lot of ideas already, so propose one or check back for more, whichever you want. Guess I'm more a spur-of-the-moment kind of boy.
You have my warning that there is some squick-level stuff below this cut. So. Be careful.
Also: I'm willing to fudge the sexuality if I have to, but I don't write het. You'd have to really push me, and anyway, I can't write a male character in a sexual situation with a woman, so don't ask me to. You really want me to play the girl? Yeah, okay. Fine. But otherwise, I'm not really down.
